In a collaboration with Hive Curates, we fitted out a new cultural hub in the city of London, for the creatives in art and design. The brief was to design & build eight additional studios and co-working desk spaces using inexpensive and quick to assemble materials for the project.

In line with the project's requirements, we designed a modular partition system featuring solid and opaque panels using spruce plywood, pine timber frame and polycarbonate sheets.

To optimise construction resources & execution times, these panels were prefabricated in our workshop and assembled on site by a team of two people using simple tools, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient project completion.
